Thank you for choosing JK Cleaning. Our goal is to provide dependable, professional, and judgment-free cleaning services while treating your home and belongings with the utmost care and respect.

1. Estimates and Pricing

a. Free estimates are provided based on the information available at the time of booking.

b. Pricing may vary depending on the size of the home, level of cleaning required, organization needs, excessive clutter, pet hair, or additional requested services.

c. Any additional work requested beyond the original estimate will be discussed and approved before services continue.

2. Scheduling and Payment

a. Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

b. We accept cash and other approved payment methods.

c. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling whenever possible.

3. Access to Your Home

a. Clients are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property.

b. Please secure pets that may interfere with the cleaning process or pose a safety concern.

c. JK Cleaning reserves the right to refuse service if working conditions are unsafe.

4. Personal Belongings

a. We understand that your home contains valuable and sentimental belongings.

b. Our team will treat your property with honesty, care, and respect at all times.

c. We ask that valuable jewelry, cash, firearms, important documents, prescription medications, and irreplaceable family heirlooms be properly secured prior to our visit.

d. Pre-existing damage to furniture, fixtures, or personal property should be disclosed before cleaning begins.

5. Cleaning Services

a. Our services may include general cleaning, deep cleaning, organizing, laundry folding, move-in and move-out cleaning, and customized services.

b. We reserve the right to decline tasks involving hazardous materials, pest infestations, mold remediation, biohazards, illegal substances, or any situation that presents a health or safety risk.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

a. Customer satisfaction is our priority.

b. If you are dissatisfied with any service provided, please contact JK Cleaning within 24 hours so we can work to resolve the issue.

7. Privacy and Confidentiality

a. Your privacy is important to us.

b. Any personal information regarding our clients, their homes, families, and possessions will remain strictly confidential.

c. Photos of completed work will never be shared without permission from the homeowner.

8. Limitation of Liability

a. JK Cleaning carries out services with reasonable care and professionalism.

b. While every precaution is taken, JK Cleaning is not responsible for normal wear and tear, pre-existing damage, improperly secured items, or damage resulting from defective or unstable fixtures and furnishings.
